Social Security Act
The Social Security Act was an act developed in the New Deal by F.D.R. Signed by F.D.R on august 14. 1935, the Social Security act sought to develop a sturdy plan for the elderly, so that they are being taken care of. This act was mainly focused on the elderly bu t eventually accommodated dependents, disabled and other groups. This act was thought to be the crowning achievement for F.D.R and his New Deal. The Social Security Act (SSA) still stands today and continues to bring a more stable economy for the elderly.
